GYM ORIENTATION

5:30 - 6:30 | 23 Sep | LF FIT, SPINNERS HK

Event Information

If you have ever been unsure or uncomfortable with using the gym, this is the class for you! This class will cover the essentials to safe and proper gym use, to give you another tool for maintaining your health and wellbeing.

The class will be take approximately an hour and will teach you gym safety, etiquette and techniques so you can confidently enjoy LF Fit or any other gym facility in the future.

Ringo Leung

A strength & conditioning, weightlifting and fitness coach, Ringo started his career as a skinny football player. In order to withstand the impact during football, he started to train weights, study exercise science, and bio-mechanics in secondary school. This led him to not only pursue but also graduate as a Coach from Sheffield Hallam University with a BSc in Sport Coaching.  

 

Since then, it has been Ringo’s mission to help his clients with different ability and needs to reach their goal. Whether it is general fitness and health, or first place in their chosen sport competition, Ringo will provide an effective training method to suit his clients’ needs.
