This session will focus on postural strengthening and stretching, which aims to help improve your overall posture by relieving tension, building muscle, and improving your core.

Keyne Lau

Keyne's passion in life is to share her love of fitness and health with others in her capacity as a group fitness instructor with a range of styles and skills. It gives her a great sense of job satisfaction to feel that she can help improve people’s lives through her classes.


Highly experienced in a variety of exercise modalities, Keyne is a HK qualified Group Fitness Instructor, Polestar Pilates Asia Matwork, Reformer and Studio Instructor, and holds certifications in: Fitball, Spinning level 3 and is a Les Mills instructor in: Bodypump, Bodybalance, Cxworx (high intensity short workouts)  She also specialized in Pre and Post natal exercise with The Center for Woman Fitness.
