Experience relaxing yoga with a tech twist! We have combined relaxing exercises with live emotion streaming to show you the benefits of meditative yoga.

Day 4: Group Consultations

Join our health expo and benefit from one of these interactive sessions: osteopathy, sleep, nutrition or mindfulness!

Day 5: Gym Orientation

Ever wanted to use the gym but didn't know where to start? Sign up for our gym orientation session, where you can learn gym safety, techniques and etiquette.
