Event Information
Join us for a slow yoga flow through a beautiful sequence of yoga poses and movements, using our breaths and our minds to guide us to find what feels good. This mindful yoga session will focus on releasing any stress or tension from our bodies and our minds, finishing off with a refreshing meditation session at the end. You will leave the class feeling relaxed and calm yet energetic for the rest of the day.
